Napa Weekend

Pool time with the perfect, picturesque wine country view.

This past weekend we had the pleasure of spending a few days in Napa at The Carneros Inn. The weather and the resort were both so beautiful.

"Town's Best Hotdogs": some say these are the best hot dogs in the world, and I must say they were quite delicious.

Birthday dinner that included smoked puffin, sea trout, blue ling, minke whale, lamb and lobster. (Plus the best passionfruit sorbet/vanilla skyr mousse dessert!)

Over Valentine's Day weekend (which also happened to be my birthday weekend), we ended up taking a mini last minute trip to Reykjavik! We only had a few short days there, but that's all it took to fall in love with the city.

Walla Walla

A few snaps from Walla Walla from a couple weeks ago when I took a mini-trip to visit my sister. We went on sister dates (filled with lots of good food and great scenery) and also met some cute furry friends along the way.

Bali: Part IV

Last Bali Post (promise)! These were taken during the second half of our trip at the W Hotel in Bali. Our private villa with a pool and cabana was perfect for relaxation. But we also made sure to hit the beach and pools.

The rest of the resort was also amazing with lovely stone walkways lush with tropical greenery.
